The Finance and Administration division provides a wide range of services to the entire college community through the Office of the Vice President as well as through the following offices:

The mission of the Finance Office is to plan, budget, account for, report on and safeguard the financial resources of the college. Its functions include budget planning, treasury and investment services, payroll and accounts payable.

Human Resources staff members constitute a team of professionals who provide services essential to attracting, supporting, developing and retaining a dynamic and talented workforce, including employee relations, benefits information and support, workshops and events and information on employment opportunities.

Business Services oversees campus wide auxiliary services (including dining services, bookstore and vending), environmental health and safety, risk management, purchasing, travel services, conference and event services and faculty/staff housing. Facilities Operations is responsible for providing and maintaining a safe, clean and comfortable living and working environment for students, faculty and staff as well as providing leadership and support for capital improvement projects.

Campus Safety, whose administrative office is located at 30 Taunton Avenue (Route 140), handles matters related to parking, lost and found, identification cards and the general safety of the Wheaton campus community.
