Because of ongoing local and global concerns about the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19), Wheaton College officials have decided to cancel most in-person Admission programs for now. This includes preview days, information sessions, open houses, on-campus interviews and informal visits. We have resumed in-person on-campus tours on a limited basis.

Tour registration is available here.

Please check back to this page for updates. For now, we encourage prospective students to attend one of our virtual information sessions or open houses, which include a video tour of campus.

We’ve developed ways for you to experience Wheaton virtually, to assist you and your family as you make important decisions about college. If there is something specific you’d like to see or learn about virtually, please let us know: Call 508-286-8251 or email

Welcome School & Independent Counselors and Community-Based Organizations!

Wheaton’s Office of Admission wants to provide you with all the information needed to help your students meet success. Please subscribe to our counselor database to receive our seasonal Counselor Newsletter and up-to-date information from our office.

We want you to visit our campus!

We offer counselor-geared information sessions & tours. Please visit our Counselor Campus Visit form to register.

We also accept group visits from Community Based Organizations and high schools. Please complete our Group Visit Registration form to request a visit. Due to the large numbers of Group Visit requests we receive, we limit our groups to students entering junior or senior year of high school. If you have a group of younger students who may be interested in a Wheaton representative visiting them, please contact the Office of Admission.

Wheaton offers on-campus spaces for counselor association meetings. If you are interested in utilizing our space, please direct all inquiries to the admission office.

You can also find a full list of our admission staff and travel territories on our website. Questions? Please contact our office at 508-286-8251 or
