Campus Preservation & Enhancements

Generosity through the fund for Campus Preservation & Enhancements helps the college maintain and breathe new life into our beloved campus. Every brick and beam, every classroom and residence hall, and every tree-lined walkway holds stories, connections and ideas. But we aren’t just looking to preserve the past; we’re firmly set on our course toward the future. Your gift will help modernize classrooms to be equipped with cutting-edge technology, renovate residence halls that will echo with comfort and camaraderie, and rejuvenate public spaces that will inspire creativity and collaboration.

Campus Life

Generosity through the fund for Campus Life supports offices on campus that ensure student success, improve the student experience, and offer enrichment opportunities that promote an active living and learning community. Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging

Generosity through the fund for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging supports the continued development of a positive campus climate. It furthers our progress in creating an anti-racist institution where diverse, talented people share a sense of belonging. Your gift will help support historically underrepresented students by providing campus departments resources to advise cultural and identity-based student populations and host workshops, events, and programs on DEIB and social justice topics for the entire campus community.

Experiential Learning & Internships

Generosity through the fund for Experiential Learning & Internships opens doors to transformative and meaningful experiences for hands-on learning that extend beyond the classroom. Your gift provides students with the opportunity to put their learning into action by participating in internships, student & faculty research, independent projects and studying away from campus in our domestic and international programs.

Friends of Arts

Generosity through the fund for Friends of Arts supports the performing, visual and cultural arts at Wheaton. Wheaton’s campus is enriched by the Beard and Weill Galleries, Permanent Collection, and the Public Art at Wheaton. Your contribution provides funding for students and faculty to pursue their artistic endeavors as well as support programming that is in In conjunction with academic departments within the college’s Creative Industries area of study.

Lyons Athletic Club

Generosity through the Lyons Athletic Club (LAC) supports the Wheaton’s Athletic Department, Wheaton’s 23 varsity sports teams, and the college’s on-campus recreation programs. When you give to the Lyons Athletic Club you will enhance athletic and recreational facilities for all students, improve the student-athlete experience, aid Wheaton in recruiting and retaining student-athletes, supplement sport team and fitness center equipment needs, and cover team trips & travel opportunities.

Scholarship & Financial Aid

Generosity through the fund for Scholarship & Financial Aid expands the amount of need-based aid and merit scholarship Wheaton can provide to its students. Each year the demand for scholarship aid outpaces what Wheaton can provide to meet each student’s needs. Your contribution to scholarships ensures financial barriers never stand in the way of bright minds finding their place at Wheaton.

Science & Technology

Generosity through the fund for Science & Technology enhances targeted areas of study and programming that prepare students for successful careers in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) disciplines. Support through this fund provides resources for program needs, including lab equipment, smart classrooms, campus-wide Wi-Fi, and the Wheaton IMAGINE network which has consistently been ranked within the “50 Best Maker Spaces” within the U.S.
