Semester in the City Info Session

October 25, 2018 @ 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM

To all students:

Have you considered applying to Wheaton’s Semester in the City program yet?

Wheaton undergraduates have the opportunity to spend a semester in Boston in a vigorous 30+ hour per week meaningful internship with a leading social change organization (nonprofit, business, or public sector) – in community development, social justice, health, education, environment, and other areas dedicated to the public good.

Students can apply what they’ve learned from their Wheaton courses to real-world settings!

This 4-credit Semester in the City program includes an intensive Wednesday evening course that examines the theory and practice of various social change approaches, and a series of Friday seminars and reflective workshops.

While enrolled in Semester in the City, students pay their regular tuition to Wheaton (and their financial aid continues to apply). There are no special hidden fees either! Plus, students get an unlimited transportation pass and a $600 stipend.

Want to learn more? Attend an information session on Thursday, Oct. 25 from 5-6 p.m. We will have brochures, Semester in the City “swag”, and Wheaton alum from the program who can answer your questions.
To sum it all up….
