Public Policy Studies

How do policies form? And how are they implemented and enforced? Policy-making is a big part of a career in public service. Wheaton’s public policy studies minor is a perfect companion for students majoring in government, American studies, political science, or a related area. You will build a foundation in economics and social research, and you’ll learn from faculty members with expertise in environmental regulations, criminal justice, technological development, labor-management relations, poverty and welfare, antitrust and regulation, and health care.
