Marketing

Marketing is the cornerstone of all business—indispensable in helping organizations build brand awareness and attract customers.

Wheaton College’s Marketing Major, offered through the Business and Management Department, will prepare you to enter a dynamic field with ample career possibilities. With your passion for creativity, data and innovation, you’ll learn how to develop marketing campaigns that shape consumer behavior, influence purchasing decisions, and drive business growth through real-world consulting projects and immersive learning experiences. You’ll design a unique educational experience that aligns with your interests through electives covering creative development, analytics, and psycho-social trends. Through your required internship, you’ll expand your marketing understanding and take your learnings beyond the classroom.

The Marketing Minor introduces you to marketing fundamentals across three areas–creative development, analytics and psycho-social trends. You’ll gain essential knowledge of the core principles of marketing through an interdisciplinary course of study.
