Possible Outcome(s) for Violations of the Alcohol and Other Drug Policy

1^st Incident

• Formal Warning;
• Vector Solutions Online Module(s) for Alcohol or Substance Use; and/or
• Educational project or program

2^nd Incident

• Housing and/or Conduct Probation;
• Vector Solutions Online Module(s) for Alcohol or Substance Use;
• Substance Abuse Assessment; and/or
• Educational project or program

3^rd Incident

• Conduct Probation or Removal from College Housing;
• Substance Abuse Assessment;
• Educational project or program;
• Additional Restrictions (including Study Abroad, Student Leadership positions, and/or Weekend Restrictions); and/or
• Parental Notification, regardless of age

4^th Incident

• Removal from College housing;
• Suspension from the College; and/or

Notes:

• Parental/Guardian notification will be sent to the student’s permanent address when a student under the age of 21 is found responsible for the violation.
• Repeat violations of Community Standards have a cumulative effect on potential outcomes.
• The above chart does not prescribe a specific progression of outcomes and may vary depending on the egregiousness of the violation(s).
