Marshall Center Mission

Welcome to the Marshall Center for Intercultural Learning.

The Marshall Center for Intercultural Learning provides a welcoming and inclusive shared learning environment that enables all students to thrive, succeed, and feel a profound sense of belonging. Using an intersectional perspective, we support first-generation students, international students, students of color, and others from varied backgrounds. We encourage students to explore identities, lived experiences, and our common humanity through dialogue, cultural celebrations, intercultural events, and collaborative partnerships.

Our programs and services aim to:

  • Affirm Identity
  • Build Community
  • Cultivate Leaders *

Each and every member of the Wheaton community has a role and responsibility in this process. We look forward to getting to know you and learning what you will contribute to our work.
