Invest in tomorrow’s leaders

Wheaton Fund donors support every aspect of the college experience.

First-Year Seminars are just one example of Wheaton’s commitment to providing an innovative curriculum. Wheaton Fund donors provide the resources to make these courses possible.

Students can interconnect disciplines and link the liberal arts to the wider world.First-Year Seminars offer students the opportunity to learn in small classes through reading, regular discussion, writing and critical engagement with controversial ideas. Sections are taught by faculty representing every part of the college’s liberal arts curriculum.

These courses allow diverse perspectives and experiences to be interwoven across disciplines and encourage development of a broad worldview.

With your gift through the Wheaton Fund, you can help students develop critical reading and thinking skills, presentation experience, and an aptitude for research.
