The band, under the direction of Assistant Professor Jeffrey Cashen perform a wide ranging selection of jazz arranged for the band by Cashen. Special guest PHAT Police will also perform. Featuring Mozart's overture to "The Magic Flute", Bizet's suite from the opera "Carmen", "Adoration" by Black American composer Florence Price, Afro-British composer Samuel Coleridge-Taylor's "Idyll", and Darius Mihlaud's jazz-inspired ballet score "La création du monde" from 1923.
Wheaton College organist Juan A. Mesa presents a concert of organ music to honor J. S. Bach's 338th birthday. The concert will include works by Bach, Buxtehude, Couperin, Clara Schumann, Rheinberger, and others.
