Laughter Yoga is a fun and unique form of exercise that combines traditional yogic breathing with laughter exercise to leave you feeling happy and relaxed.
It is based on the scientific fact that laughter releases endorphins in your brain that make you feel happy and act as a natural stress reliever.
This event occurs every Monday from September 18 – November 27, 2017
Note: Classes will not be held on October 9th and November 20th.
