Westfall will speak on her recent publication “The Politics of the Headscarf in the United States” which investigates the social and political effects of the practice of Muslim-American women wearing the headscarf (hijab) in a non-Muslim state. Students attending will be entered in a raffle to win a copy of the book.  Following the talk, all are invited to a reception.
