Reunion FAQs
Why should I register? Who should I register?
Registration is required for all alumni and guests to ensure housing accommodations and meals.
How much does Reunion cost?
The per-adult fee varies by class. Fees help cover the costs of Reunion expenses such as food, beverages, and rented tables, chairs and tents. Please note every registration fee is already subsidized by the college. To view Reunion fees, click here.
What is the age that determines if my child is considered a youth or an adult?
Children (ages 3 and younger) are free when accompanying alumni to Reunion activities and meals. Children (ages 4-16) should be registered as YOUTH and have nominal fees for housing accommodations and meals.
Can I attend for a part of the weekend?
Yes. There are many different pricing packages. Click here to view current packages and rates. Please note, rates are subject to change prior to registration opening.
Is there a registration deadline?
Yes, April 25, 2025. We will only accept walk-ins after the deadline.
Can I come if I didn’t pre-register?
Walk-ins are accepted on the day(s) of events. However, due to limited housing and dining spaces, we cannot promise availability.
Can I come if I am not in a Reunion year?
Yes, but classes celebrating their milestone Reunion have first priority.
What is the refund policy?
Refunds can only be requested on or before April 25, 2025. Approved refund checks or credit reversal will be handled after Reunion weekend. Please contact the Alumni Office at 508-286-8207 if you have any questions.
Do I have to register ahead for meals?
Yes, it is required. To be guaranteed meals, you must register in advance. Saturday lunch and Saturday night class dinners tend to sell out.
I have dietary restrictions or an allergy. Is Wheaton able to accommodate my needs?
Yes, when you register, please indicate in the dietary section what accommodations you need. If you have questions, please call the Alumni Office at 508-286-8207.
Is on-campus housing available?
Yes, rooms are available for alumni and their guests in the residence halls. It is on a first-come, first-served basis when registration opens in March.
*In order to receive housing on Friday or Saturday, you must be registered for a meal.
*Rooms are available Friday and Saturday night only. There is no opportunity to stay on campus until Monday.
Where will I be housed?
Each class will be assigned to the same residence hall. Please note these are modest room accommodations. Shared co-ed bathrooms are located in each hallway. We will provide sheets, pillows, towels, a blanket and a bar of soap. Please bring any “extra comforts” from home such as a fan, alarm clock, flip flops for the shower, as well as an extra pillow, blanket and towel.
Can I choose my roommate(s)?
Yes, there is space for you on the registration to put a roommate. We recommend that you have your roommate request you on their registration as well. You also may request to be near other friends as you will not all fit in one room.
If you wish to be assigned to a room close to a particular classmate/s, you and the other members of your group must make a request at the time you register. We will do our best to accommodate these requests on a first-come, first-served basis.
