Meal Plan

Technology Fee
The College provides wireless and wired internet access.
International Fee
This fee is charged to new and transfer international students, the first term only.
Indirect Costs
Indirect costs are paid by the family and include items such as books, supplies, personal expenses, travel, and other miscellaneous items. While indirect costs are unique to each student, Wheaton estimates that families should budget approximately $2,000.00 per year for indirect costs.
Payment Plan Enrollment Fee
Campus Commerce charges an enrollment fee of $45.00 (per term, per plan) to participate in the semester interest free monthly payment plan.
Student Health Insurance Requirements and Waiver/Enrollment Process
According to state law, all students must be covered by a health insurance plan with comparable coverage as a Massachusetts Qualifying Student Health Insurance Plan (QSHIP). To ensure that all students have the required health insurance coverage, students are charged for the Student Health Insurance Plan on their student account. Students will be billed by Wheaton for the annual coverage in the fall semester due August 15. For more information visit Gallagher Student Health. Waiver deadlines apply.

Student Optional Accident Insurance Plan
Wheaton College offers an optional Accident Insurance Plan for any student who waives the Wheaton Student Health Insurance Plan. The purpose of the optional Accident Insurance Plan is to provide low cost secondary insurance coverage.
