EXPLO brings together bright, curious and interesting young people from around the globe for one-, two-, and three week summer programs on the campuses of Yale University, Wellesley College, and Wheaton College.

OPERATIONS:
Compensation:  $3,800 – $5,500 + Room and Board
Roles: Man Office Manger, Supply Coordinator, Buyer, A/V Coordinator, Banker, Registrar and Program Assistant

Description:  All of these positions offer the opportunity to gain paid, professional experience in a fun, enriching and immersive environment.  Ideal candidates will have exceptional organizational skills and office experience.

EVENT PROGRAMMING:

Compensation:  $4,100 – $5,650 + Room and Board
Roles:  Programming Coordinator

Description:  Extreme hula hoop competitions, roller cosater rides at Six Flags, white water rafting on the Deerfield River.  The Programming Office ensures all of the student trips, activities and on-campus events are as fun and engaging as the classes.
Ideal candidates will be enthusiastic self-starters with some event planning experience.

TEACHING AND CURRICULUM:

Typical Compensation:  $4,150 – $6,000 + Room and Board
Roles:  EXPLO Instructor, Focus Instructor / TA, Curriculum Advisor

Description: Interested in teaching creative, engaging courses in a supportive professional environmental?   EXPLO provides Instructors with a unique opportunity to teach academic courses and workshops in their major field of study or areas of strong personal interest.

STUDENT LIFE:

Compensation: $5,650 + Room and Board
Roles:  Residence  Director, Day Director

RDs and DDs supervise our student life staff and facilitate communication with student families.  This position is ideal for candidates who have residential life experience.
