Dr. Miller leads a Zen-style sitting meditation that lasts about 20 minutes and emphasizes the settling of your mind. Come and practice suspending all judgmental thinking and let words, ideas, images, and thoughts pass by without getting involved in them. Location: Meditation Room in The Base (downstairs in Cole Chapel)
