Day 1 Schedule:  Monday, January 20, 2025

9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. – Residential Student Check-in
Balfour-Hood Campus Center, Atrium
When you arrive on campus, park in Lot #4. Then, head directly to the Balfour-Hood Campus Center Atrium. There will be a designated check-in table for new and transfer students where our friendly staff will welcome you to campus. 3:30 p.m. – WheaGo Welcome Back!
Library, Merrill Room
WheaGo students arriving for the spring semester will gather to meet their WheaGo student mentor and staff from Global Ed to welcome them back to campus to begin Wheaton College experience.  *This program is for WheaGo students only

4:30 – 5:00 p.m. – Commuter/Off-Campus Student Check-in
Balfour-Hood Campus Center, Atrium

5:00 p.m. – Meet the Orientation Leaders
Balfour-Hood Campus Center, Club Hub
Meet with Orientation Leaders and participate in a fun activity to get to know the other new students.

5:30 p.m. – Dinner with Orientation Leaders
Chase Dining Hall, Small Dining Room
Enjoy your first dinner at Wheaton College with the Orientation Team.

6:45 p.m. – College Essentials Bingo!
Balfour-Hood Campus Center, Atrium
Join your peers in an interactive game of bingo with a chance to win some college essentials to kick start your first semester at Wheaton!

7:45 p.m. – Chat, Craft, and Chill
Balfour-Hood Campus Center, Atrium
Slow down after move-in day in a relaxing environment with chill music, crafts and an opportunity to chat with your peers and Orientation Leaders.
