New and Transfer Student Orientation

Monday, January 20, 2025 – Tuesday, January 21, 2025
Winter Orientation is a two-day comprehensive program for new first year and transfer students entering Wheaton in the Spring 2025 term, and our WheaGo students returning from their Fall Semester abroad. The program is designed to prepare you for the transition to Wheaton and introduce you to some of the people who will support you along the way.

Campus Arrival

New Student Check-in, Monday, January 20, 2025 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
When you arrive on campus, park in Lot #4. Then, head directly to the Balfour-Hood Center. There will be a designated check-in table for first year and transfer students where our friendly staff will welcome you to campus.

Orientation Schedule

The 2-day Winter Orientation will kick off with dinner on Monday, January 20, 2025, with the Orientation Leaders. This program is for new students only. We ask that families kindly depart campus before the start of the program.

In addition to dinner on Monday, January 20, 2025, new, transfer, and WheaGo students should plan to attend Orientation programming on Monday evening and all-day on Tuesday, January 21, 2025.  The final schedule is still in development but will be posted here in November.
