Below are the buildings that house primarily first-year and transfer students for the 2025-2026 academic year. Students in these buildings typically live in double rooms. Single rooms are reserved solely for students requiring accommodations, or for upper division students.
Clark is part of the Lower North quad with Young, and McIntire.

- McIntire primarily houses sophomore students.

Meadows (East, North, and West) is a three-building complex that is a part of the Lower South quad with Pine Hall.

- The 1st floor of Meadows East houses the Brave, Bold, and First Living Learning Community (LLC) for first-generation students.
- Meadows North 2nd, 3rd, and 4th house Female to Nonbinary Common Interest Community options.

Pine Hall is our newest building and is a part of the Lower South quad with the Meadows complex.
