Below are the buildings that house primarily first-year and transfer students. Students in these buildings live in double or triple rooms.

  • Clark is part of the Lower North quad with Pine, Young, and McIntire.
      • The 1st and 2nd floors of Clark house the LGBTQ+ & Ally Common Interest Community.
      • Clark 4th is home to a quiet housing option.
  • McIntire is part of the Lower North quad with Pine, Young, and Clark.
      • The 3rd floor of McIntire is the Male to Nonbinary Common Interest Community that students can opt into.
  • Meadows (East, North, and West) is a three-building complex and comprises the Lower South quad.
      • The 1st floors of Meadows East and Meadows West comprise of the Brave, Bold, & F1rst Living Learning Community (LLC) that students can apply to live in.
      • Meadows North 2nd, 3rd, and 4th house Female to Nonbinary Common Interest Community options.
      • Both Meadows East 4th and Meadows West 4th are substance free communities.
  • Pine Hall is our newest building and is a part of the Lower North quad with Young, McIntire, and Clark.
      • Pine Garden is both an LGBTQ+ & Ally housing option as well as substance free.
      • Pine 1st is a substance free community.
      • The Wellness Living Learning Community takes its place on Pine 2nd and 3rd.
  • Young is part of the Lower North quad with Pine, Clark, and McIntire.
      • The 1st floor of Young is the Service Learning community where students can apply to live with others that are a part of the program.
