How do I get started?
Instructions for Alumni
1. Create an account on LyonsLink
2. Sign in using your LinkedIn account or valid email address (we’ll confirm your college affiliation)
3. Complete your profile (hint: you can import information from your LinkedIn profile to make things easier)
4. Start exploring the platform: ask questions, explore the tabs, and reach out to faculty and fellow alumni

Instructions for students
1. Use the Wheaton SSO link to activate your account.

- Connect with Wheaton professionals by aligning your interests and/or career goals with theirs.
- Join groups with alumni who have similar interests and backgrounds.
- Look for opportunities to meet with a variety of professionals for singular conversations.
- Meet with professionals once or build a relationship that can last from a few weeks to many months (or even years!).
- Arrange for job shadowing opportunities.
- Get career-related answers from discussion forums.
- Find resources to help with your career process.

FAQs
When joining the community, you will be prompted to answer a few questions regarding your educational background and interests related to connecting with others.
You’ll be able to explore the conversations and resource library tabs, and you can post/answer questions in support of the alumni community. Enhance your profile and add more details about your work experiences.
Click on your profile picture on the top right-hand side of your screen and select “My Preferences.” Next, change the notification preferences on your network activity updates. Note that if you update your email address, then you will have to sign in with this new email address.
Be sure to check your spam folder for any potentially lost messages. If the problem persists, get support via the question mark icon in the upper right corner.
