Wheaton College proudly awards merit scholarships to most incoming students regardless of financial need. This gift aid is applied directly to your tuition bill and is renewable all four years. In Fall 2024, the majority of students are expected to receive between $35,000-$45,000 per year.
Presidential Scholarship
The Wheaton College Presidential Scholarship is a merit-based award that recognizes incoming students for their high school academic achievement. All students are automatically considered for merit-based scholarships regardless of financial need. There is no special application required. When you apply to Wheaton College, you’ll automatically be considered. If eligible, the amount of your award will be included in your letter of acceptance.
The Presidential Scholarship is automatically renewed each year (up to the fourth year), as long as you remain in good academic and social standing according to Wheaton’s Honor Code.
Gift Aid That Does Not Need to Be Repaid
Wheaton College proudly awards the Presidential Scholarship to most students. Merit-based scholarships are applied to your tuition bill. It’s gift aid that does not need to be paid back. You also may qualify for grants or need-based aid. In fact, many of our students receive both.
