Honors & Scholars Development
At Wheaton, we believe in fostering intellectual curiosity, academic excellence, and bold exploration. The Filene Center and campus-wide partners support students in developing their potential as scholars, researchers, and leaders. Whether you’re interested in prestigious national fellowships, Wheaton-specific graduate scholarships, or funding for independent research, we provide mentorship, resources, and guidance to help you succeed.
Fellowship & Scholarship Development
Wheaton has a proud tradition of producing scholars who challenge ideas, create change, and engage globally. Over the past decade, our students have earned more than 210 highly regarded fellowships and scholarships, including Marshall, Rhodes, Watson, and Fulbright awards.
Students interested in pursuing these competitive opportunities are encouraged to connect with the Scholar Development Advisory Committee (SDAC), which provides mentoring, advising, and application support. SDAC helps students and alumni prepare for graduate study, research, and career advancement through national and international fellowships.
