Volunteer/Service Programs

An expanding area of international opportunities is to get involved in volunteer work on a global level. The following sites are some ways to begin a search for volunteer experiences abroad. Credit-bearing programs must be evaluated and approved through the Center for Global Education and the relevant Wheaton faculty department.

Research Opportunities

NSF Sponsored Research Experiences for Undergraduates

This program provides opportunities for undergraduate students in science and technology to acquire international research experiences. These experiences offer students direct exposure to the international scientific and engineering communities.
