Please remember that filling out this form does not confirm your reservation. Once we have received your request and our office has determined that facilities are available, you will receive confirmation paperwork via email.
It is important that you read your confirmation paperwork carefully and contact our office with any questions you might have. If you have not received your confirmation paperwork, your reservation has not been approved.
Once you have received an email confirmation from R25, email any changes/additions to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If your event is to be catered by Wheaton College Dining Services, don’t forget to call 508-286-5451 to place your order. You’ll also want to provide dining services with a list of attendees.
