You may ask your broker to transfer any stock or mutual fund to the college. Using this form alerts the college of your intended transfer and provides information for you and your broker.

Instructions
1. Contact your broker to transfer security to Wheaton’s broker account:
  Charles Schwab & Co.
  DTC Clearing #0164, Code 40
  For the account of: Wheaton College Account #9949-0265
2. Please ask your broker to include “your name”and the phrase “For the benefit of Wheaton College, Norton MA” in the transfer instructions.
3. Complete the Stock Transfer Form below to alert Wheaton of your stock gift.
4. Press “Submit” at the bottom of the form to send your information to Wheaton College MA.
