WHAT:  FLU SHOTS administered by Walgreens pharmacists
WHEN:  Wednesday, October 9th, from noon – 3 PM and Thursday, October 24th, from 1 – 4 PM
WHERE:  New Yellow Parlor, Balfour-Hood

PAYMENT OPTIONS:
Present your HEALTH INSURANCE ID CARD and the shot is free!
CASH accepted, too – RECEIPTS for REIMBURSEMENT are available.

VALID ID required – You must be 18 years of age or older.

*Flu shots received at this clinic qualify for the “Get A Shot, Give A Shot” initiative in which Walgreens provides a life-saving vaccine through the U.N.’s Shot@Life Campaign*
