Below are the buildings that house primarily first-year and transfer students for the 2026-2027 academic year. Students in these buildings typically live in double rooms. Single rooms are reserved for students requiring accommodations, or for upper division students.

Clark is part of the Lower North quad with Young, and McIntire.

      • The 1st and 2nd floors of Clark house the LGBTQ+ and Ally Common Interest Community.
      • Clark 4th is home to a quiet housing option.

McIntire is part of the Lower North quad with Young and Clark.

      • McIntire primarily houses sophomore students.

Meadows (East , North , and West ) is a three-building complex that is a part of the Lower South quad with Pine Hall.

      • The 1st floor of Meadows East houses the Brave, Bold, and First Living Learning Community (LLC) for first-generation students.
      • Meadows East 4th and Meadows West 4th are substance free spaces.
      • Meadows North 2nd, 3rd, and 4th house Female to Nonbinary Common Interest Community options.
      • Meadows West 1st houses Male to Nonbinary Common Interest Community options.

Pine Hall is our newest building and is a part of the Lower South quad with the Meadows complex.

      • Pine Garden is both an LGBTQ+ and Ally housing option as well as substance free.
      • Pine 1st is a substance free community.
      • Pine 2nd and 3rd houses The Wellness Living Learning Community.

Young is part of the Lower North quad with Clark and McIntire.

      • Young 1st houses Male Housing Common Interest Community options.
      • Young 2nd and 3rd are both Female Housing Common Interest Community options.
