Information regarding the Wheaton College Meal Plan can be found under the Meal Plan policy through Dining Services.
The College provides wireless and wired internet access along with unlimited local and 800 number calling telephone service. In addition, each student has a personal voice mailbox for messages. This fee also covers unlimited laundry usage.
Indirect costs are paid by the family and include items such as books, supplies, personal expenses, travel, and other miscellaneous items. While indirect costs are unique to each student, Wheaton estimates that families should budget approximately $2,000.00 per year for indirect costs.
Payment Plan Enrollment Fee
Tuition Management Systems, Inc. (TMS) charges an enrollment fee of $45.00 (per term) to participate in the semester interest free monthly payment plan. We offer six month (beginning June 1 for fall term and December 1 for spring term), and five month plans.
Student Health Insurance Requirements and Waiver/Enrollment Process
According to state law, all students must be covered by a health insurance plan with comparable coverage as a Massachusetts Qualifying Student Health Insurance Plan (QSHIP). To ensure that all students have the required health insurance coverage, students are charged for the Wheaton College Student Health Plan on their student account. For more information visit www.gallagherstudent.com. Waiver deadlines apply.
Student Optional Accident Insurance Plan
Wheaton College offers an optional Accident Insurance Plan for any student who waives the Wheaton Student Health Insurance Plan. The purpose of the optional Accident Insurance Plan is to provide low cost secondary insurance coverage.
