Wheaton College has partnered with Flywire to offer a safe and streamlined way to make international tuition payments. The mission of Flywire is to save international students and families money on bank fees and unfavorable foreign exchange rates. With Flywire, you can pay from any country, choosing from a variety of local payment methods, including bank transfers, credit cards, and e-wallets (PayPal & Alipay).
Flywire offers excellent foreign exchange rates, allowing you to pay in your home currency (in most cases) and save a significant amount of money, as compared to traditional banks. In addition, posting the payment into your Wheaton College account will be faster, and you can track the payment during the transfer process. Flywire will send you a notification via text/email when the payment is complete and received by the college. If you have questions while submitting your payment, Flywire provides around-the-clock multilingual customer support via phone, email, live chat, and WeChat.
Wheaton College will not accept any payment over of the amount due on the student account. Payments received over the account balance, will be returned to the payer. Families wanting to provide their students with funds for living expenses should transfer funds directly to the student’s personal bank account.
