Wheaton College sponsors 26 NCAA Division III and intercollegiate varsity teams competing in the New England Women’s and Men’s Athletic Conference (NEWMAC). Wheaton is also one of only two colleges nationwide—and the only one on the East Coast—offering five varsity aquatic sports, including the longest active collegiate Artistic Swimming program in the United States. Other ways to stay active on campus include club sports, intramurals, a fitness center and the Wheaton Woods walking and running trail.
