We're here for faculty, students, staff, alumnae/i and the general Wheaton community.

Welcome to the Office of the Registrar! As part of our service, we are the office responsible for the integrity, accuracy and privacy of the official academic record.

We can assist you with academic transcripts, degree and enrollment verification, schedule of courses, monitoring the completion of degree requirements and transfer credits. Our staff also provides a number of other services; if you can't find what you are looking for in our Registrar A-Z directory, feel free to contact us.

The office is located on the first floor of the Doll's House next to the Balfour-Hood Student Center.  Hours of operation are Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Academic calendar

  • Oct 20 Last day to submit a Student Self-Initiated Connection Proposal
    If student is enrolled in the last course of the Connection this semester.
    Attention Seniors: Self-Initiated Connection proposals will not be accepted in your final semester.

  • Oct 20 Last day to petition to drop a course without record.
    After this date, petitions for course withdrawals (WD recorded on transcript) will be considered only for documented and extenuating circumstances beyond the student’s control. 4:30 pm
  • Oct 20 Education Major Information Session
    Are you interested in teaching? Would you like to graduate with a teaching license? An education major might be for you. Have you ever wondered what it takes to complete an education major? Do you have questions about our programs: early childhood, elementary, and secondary majors or the general education Minor? We can explain it all to you. 5:00 pm - 6:30 pm

    Mary Weiss, who has worked as general counsel of Driehaus Capital Management LLC and has been an assistant U.S. attorney for the District of Columbia, will present "A Three-Legged Stool: Governance, Risk Management and Compliance (Broken Stools, Scandals and Government Crackdowns)." 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm
