Winter session classes are all remote via Zoom. Many courses are asynchronous to allow for course participation at flexible times. If the courses that you select are asynchronous, your instructor will share additional information about the format of the course as we approach the beginning of classes. Each class counts as a full credit unless otherwise noted. Registration is now open until January 3, 2024.

Winter Session 2024

Tuesday, January 2 – Friday, January 19, 2024

Winter Session at Wheaton is open to Wheaton students and others who are looking to earn undergraduate credit over the winter break. With remote courses in the arts and humanities, social sciences and STEM subjects—taught over an accelerated time frame—Winter Session is a great way to fill a credit gap, gain new skills and get a taste for what it’s like to study at Wheaton.

Winter offerings include 3-week courses that count toward the college’s curricular fulfillment, offer an introduction to a major of study, or are unique and interesting classes, all taught by expert Wheaton faculty. Each course provides the type of intense, intellectual experience that comes from focusing on one subject in a concentrated period. And each class counts as a full credit, just like Wheaton’s fall and spring offerings. All winter session courses will be offered remotely.
