Profile: Somehow, what started out as a part-time job as an undergraduate in college has turned into a 20-year career of supporting the use of technology in higher education. Bill remembers the first time he received a URL via email and wondered “what do I do with it?” and he has been focused on and fascinated by the web ever since. Prior to Wheaton, Bill worked at Brown University and Colby College. Before entering the real world, Bill earned a BA from Trinity College in Hartford and an MA from SUNY at Stony Brook. Outside of work, Bill is an avid Red Sox fan and enjoys traveling to sunny, warm destinations with his family.

Profile: Colleen's responsibilities at Wheaton have included technology education and professional development, as well as strategic outreach to college partner organizations. She served as an officer on the Board of Trustees of NERCOMP (Northeast Regional Computing Program), and co-founded the EDUCAUSE Institute's New IT Managers Program, The Boston Consortium's Susan Vogt Leadership Fellowship, and The Learning Organization Academy. Colleen is a Frye Institute Fellow, Klingenstein Institute Summer Fellow (Columbia University Teachers College), experienced speaker, project facilitator, teacher and trombonist.
