Patrick Lyons, NP graduated with a BS in biology from the University of Maine and completed his Master’s in Nursing at the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth in 2014. He is a certified Nurse Practitioner with a specialty in adult primary care. Patrick’s previous experience includes many years as a cardiac nurse in a hospital setting as well as experience in laboratory and nursing administration. Patrick puts his patients at ease with his calm, caring demeanor and non-judgmental manner.
Dr. Mark Umphrey is a board-certified family practice physician, who sees patients of all ages with a variety of concerns and medical issues. He completed his undergraduate studies at the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA and received his medical degree from the University of New England in ME. He completed his residency training in Queens, NY. Originally from the North Shore, Dr. Umphrey is happy to be back in MA practicing medicine.
Heather Daniel, NP is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner who has worked in both pediatrics and family practice settings. As a practitioner, Heather enjoys working with college students. She completed her undergraduate work at St. Michael’s College and received her Master’s Degree from Boston College.
Kelliann Bachand APRN, FNP-BC, MSN is a certified women’s health nurse practitioner available on select days throughout the academic year at Sturdy Health Primary Care – Norton.
Routine care and services include annual GYN exams and Pap tests, birth control options, pregnancy testing, consultation & evaluation, and confidential STD/HIV screening and treatment.
