DR. MARK UMPHREY is a board certified family practice physician, who sees patients of all ages with a variety of concerns amd medical issues. He completed his undergraduate studies at the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA and received his medical degree from the University of New England in ME. He completed his residency training in Queens, NY. Originally from the North Shore, Dr. Umphrey is happy to be back in MA practicing medicine.
HEATHER DANIEL is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner who has worked in both pediatrics and family practice settings. As a practitioner, Heather enjoys working with college students. She completed her undergraduate work at St. Michael’s College and received her Masters Degree from Boston College.
Dr. RAJANI MALLICK is an experienced physician who received her medical degree from Mymensingh Medical College in Bangladesh and completed her residency training at Sacred Heart Hospital in Pennsylvania. She is board certified in Family Medicine. Prior to joining Norton Medical Center, Dr. Mallick spent several years as an attending family medicine physician in Michigan.
JOANNE DELSOLE is a Physician Assistant who has worked in the Norton area for more than 30 years. Her extensive experience caring for patients of all ages and her calm, thoughtful manner make her one of NMC's most requested practitioners. Joanne received her graduate degree from Stoneybrook University in NY.
PATRICK LYONS graduated with a BS in biology from the University of Maine and completed his masters in nursing program at the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth in 2014. He is a certified Nurse Practitioner with a specialty in adult primary care. Patrick's previous experience includes many years as a cardiac nurse in a hospital setting as well as experience in laboratory and nursing administration. Patrick easily puts his patients at ease with his calm, caring demeanor and non-judgmental manner.
