Manager of Business Services

Kim manages the day-to-day operations of the Business Services Office and is responsible for overseeing and administering the following programs: insurance administration, auxiliary services, procurement initiatives, consortia memberships, procurement card, faculty/staff housing, commercial leases and travel agency services. Kim also provides support to the Assistant Vice President of Business Services and Physical Plant on the following initiatives: risk management, regulatory agency compliance, environmental health and safety, contract review and administration and capital project support.
Administrative Assistant in Business Services/Purchasing Coordinator

Pam provides administrative and purchasing support for business services. She is responsible for operational functions in the following areas: procurement card, purchasing, faculty/staff housing, environmental health and safety, consortia discounts, procurement initiatives, contracts, capital projects and other general support activities.
Assistant Vice President of Business Services and Physical Plant

John provides institutional direction and leadership for physical plant and business activities including: integrated facilities and capital planning, construction projects, renovations, maintenance operations, enterprise risk management, auxiliary services, purchasing, environmental health and safety, including regulatory compliance, administration of real estate holdings, cost-saving initiatives, business-consortial relationships, procurement card program and Conference and Event Services.
