A little bit about me…
Hey everyone!
So this is my first blog… I’ll start by introducing myself! My name is Hannah and I’m from a really small town in New Hampshire. I’m a junior here at Wheaton and I’m double majoring in Psychology and Hispanic Studies. I also have a job on campusĀ as a Community Service Intern at the Office of Service, Spirituality and Social Responsibility where I help organize and plan for community service events both on and off campus.
I’m really involved in activities on campus, and the great part is that its so easy to get involved! There are so many student organized groups on campus, it can be hard to figure out what to do! I’m one of the leaders this year for Community Service Council, a member of WOW (Wheaton’s Organization for Women), and of Peer Health Advocates. I’m also going on the third annual alternative winter break trip to New Orleans this January.
In my free time I like to do things outside such as hiking or snowshoeing. I love being from New Hampshire, there is so much to do outside during all seasons! I guess I would consider myself somewhat of a nature freak- yes, I’m one of those people that will pick the recyclables out of the trash! I’m also a pretty artsy person, and I love drawing, photography and ceramics.
Well, I guess that’s it for now. Hasta luego (see you later in Spanish),
Hannah
