• Colonialism and Collective Agency

  I would like a Wheaton Research Partnership student to help me with two tasks: 1) preparing my book manuscript on adaptive preference for publication and 2) doing preliminary research for my next project on colonialism and collective agency. The central book-related task the student would perform would be the creation of the book’s index. The project on colonialism and collective agency is in its very formative stages. I am interested in arguing against the claim that is increasingly popular in philosophy that the wrong of colonialism is explained with reference to a right of peoples to collective self-determination. The student would conduct preliminary bibliographic research and compile an annotated bibliography of sources on this topic.
