Senior Week

Senior Week is a week-long celebration in honor of you. Held in the spring between the end of final exams and before Commencement, it is also during this week that seniors continue a wide variety of traditions.

Senior Week 2014:


Monday, May 12th

11:30 a.m.- Senior Thesis Parade, The Dimple

12:- 1:30 p.m.- White Glove Brunch, Emerson Dining Hall

1:30 p.m.- Senior Class Photo, Library Steps

1:45 p.m.- Hoop Roll, The Dimple

2:15 p.m.- Senior Tree Planting

5:30 p.m.- Disorientation Check-in, Mars Science Center Cafe
Senior Class Trip to Mohegan Sun Casino

Tuesday, May 13th

5:30 p.m.- Rosecliff Buses Check-in, Mars Science Center Cafe

6 p.m.- Rosecliff Buses Depart,Outside Science Center Cafe

7:30 p.m.- 11:30 p.m.- Senior Class Ball,Rosecliff Mansion, Newport, R.I.

Wednesday, May 14th

6:--8 p.m. - Senior Class BBQ, Library Green (Rain:Balfour-Hood Campus Center)

9-11pm - Billy Madison - Outside Film Showing, Dimple (Rain: Dance Studio)

10pm -1am - Pub Trivia Night, Emerson Dining Hall

Thursday, May 15th

11:30 am Boston Day Trip( & Frost Bar) Buses Check-in, Mars Science Center Cafe
*dinner on your own, you will not return until 7:30pm

8:30-10 pm Bonfire & S'mores, Meadows Fire Pit (Rain: cancelled)

Friday, May 16th

9:30 a.m.- Commencement Rehearsal, Haas Athletic Center
                 Mandatory for ALL seniors!

5:00 p.m. -6:00 p.m.- Class of 2014 & Families Commencement Reception, Hood Courtyard (Between Watson & Meneeley)
                                  (Rain: Mars lobby)

5:30 p.m.-8 p.m.- Class of 2014 Dinner Buffet (sold by Dining Services in its office in Emerson)

9:30 p.m.- Senior Sentimental Night, The Chapel

10:15 p.m.- Candlelighting Ceremony, Peacock Pond

10:30 p.m.- 1:30 a.m.- Last Chance Balfour Dance,Atrium, Balfour-Hood Campus Center

Saturday, May 17th

9:15 a.m.- Commencement Line-up, Everett Courtyard

10:00 a.m.- Commencement, The Dimple

The Senior Class of 2014 Officers would like to remind you of the following:
*For all Senior Week events, Wheaton is not responsible for any lost or damaged items and personal injuries. In addition, the Wheaton Honor Code applies to all students until May 19, including on and off campus events and transportation. If you are found in violation of the Honor Code you will be held accountable, pay any fees, and asked to leave the event. Furthermore, it may be determined that you cannot attend any remaining Senior Week events (no refunds) and/or have the privilege of participating in Commencement.
