Study abroad
- Approved amendment to eliminate the Program for Global Engagement (Article XIII, Section D was approved at the November 5, 2010 Faculty Meeting)
- Grades for courses taken abroad are not recorded on the transcript or into the GPA. (2008 Ed Pol Annual Report)
- Courses for the divisional breadth requirement (Social Science, Natural Science, Arts and Humanities) can only be taken at Wheaton. Study-abroad courses cannot connect to SS, NS and AH courses.
- Students may take courses in the following areas during a study-aborad program: Foundation Courses (QA, FL and BW). Major courses require prior approval from the department chair and Minor courses require prior approval from the minor coordinator.
