Fulbright Scholar to investigate stem cells
Biochemistry major Blair Rossetti '09 will participate in stem cell research as a 2009 Fulbright Scholar in the Netherlands. At Utrecht University, he will join one of the field's foremost research teams, whose work has great potential for future medical therapies. (Read more.)
A bridge to one another
Lily Mulcahy '09 found strength in an online community when she faced cancer at the age of 18. Now, as a Wheaton anthropology major, she has written an award-winning paper about the website. Her study reveals how young cancer survivers have reached out to one another through social networking online. (Read more.)
Found in translation
Two Wheaton students who studied literary translation last fall have published an article about an Iraqi translator whose life was endangered because of his work. (Read more.)

The Class of 2009 did it--and now they're jumping into the pond. More than 97 percent of this year's seniors have made a gift to the Annual Fund, and they're calling in their chits.
