About

Sabrina L. Speights is an interdisciplinary scholar of organizations. Her research focuses on the work-life interface and how differences in the nature of work influence work-life conflict. She is particularly interested in schedule instability and predictability. Sabrina has presented her work at several conferences including the Academy of Management, Southern Sociological Society, and the Work and Families Researchers Network. Additionally, Sabrina also does research surrounding business ethics and has recently co-authored a chapter published in the Oxford Handbook of Corporate Social Responsibility.
