SUMMARY:Projects for Peace Summer Grant Information Session
DESCRIPTION:Is there an issue in a community you care about that you want to address? Or an initiative that you’ve been dreaming about starting but just need some support? If so\, I invite you to attend an informational meeting about a $10\,000 Projects for Peace summer grant. \n\nProjects for Peace is a global program that encourages young adults to develop innovative\, community-centered\, and sustainable responses to the world’s most pressing issues. Launched in 2007 by Kathryn W. Davis\, Projects for Peace works with over 100 partner institutions worldwide to identify and fund 125 student-led initiatives each summer.\n\n\nIf you are interested in learning more about Projects for Peace and the application process\, come to the Filene Center Conference Room at 5:00 PM on Tuesday\, Nov. 8th for an informational meeting.
