The student worker will work at the reception area in the Office of Academic Advising and Career Services that is located in Kollett Hall.
Responsibilities will include heavy filing and scanning, answering telephones, scheduling appointments, greeting visitors, light computer work, and mailings. The student worker will be taught about the Filene Center for Academic Advising and Career Services. Training is mandatory.
Basic computer knowledge and telephone skills are required. Dependability and attention to detail is essential. Applicants should be outgoing and willing to learn new things. Priority will be given to students with Federal Work Study.
