Media Services Assistant Level III
This position provides front line support for Media Services, Classroom Technology and other Media equipped rooms on campus,supports events,conferences & lectures.
-Lending audio & video equipment to faculty, staff & students.
-Answer and document 5600 calls for classroom support. Dispatch Media Service Staff to address the problem in the classroom.
-Set up & retrieve equipment throughout the campus for use in classrooms, meetings and events.
-Learning various databases (Filemaker Pro and Resource 25)
-To operate a video camera for performances and events on campus.
-Outstanding Customer Service Skills
-Interested in developing technical & trouble shooting skills.
-On the job training is provided.
Days/hours per week
6 hours per week-Mon -Fri. between 8am -5pm
