Shipping Form

If you are a PC user, please follow these instructions:

  • Windows Users
    • Connect to the shared drive on Netspace
    • Go to the "Software" folder and open the "PitneyBowesShipping" folder
    • Double click setup.exe (If not visible click Organize Tab - Folder & Search Options - View tab - Unclick Hide Extensions for Known Files Types - Click OK)
    • Click Run
    • Click Next
    • It will ask you if you want to install the Enterprise ShipRequest. Select NO.
    • It will then ask you if you want to select the Single User ShipRequest. Select YES
    • Click Next again
    • Click Next to select the default destination
    • Click Next again to confirm
    • Click Finish
    • Click YES to restart your computer
      • Windows 10 users may get a file access error and will have to do the following:
        • Right mouse click the Pitney Bowes ShipRequest icon
        • Select properties
        • Select the Compatibility tab
        • Check the box that says "Run this program in compatibility mode for: Windows XP (Service Pack 2)"
        • Click OK
    • Bring the completed form to the Campus Mail Services window for shipment.

 

If you are a Mac user, please follow these instructions:

  • Mac Users
    • Please print andĀ fill out the form found here.
    • Bring the completed form to the Campus Mail Services window for shipment.
