Benchmarking Support

The College has developed a list 20 or so institutions that are comparable in terms of students, academic programs, and resources. The peer list can be used for the purposes of benchmarking. However, other institutional comparisons may be more appropriate for individual units— such as those involving specific academic disciplines or programs.

Assessment Support

The Office of Institutional Research and Assessment offers training an consultation services in the development of departmental assessments, including the development of goals, key performance indicators, data collection, data analysis, and data presentation.

First Year Surveys

This is a program designed to assist new students through the transition to college by providing advisors and their students with personalized recommendations for their transition to college.  The data also help the advisor get to know each individual student.
