Skye Paine '00, Assistant Professor of French at SUNY-Brockport, returned to his alma mater to deliver a talk: "Heureux Chocolat: the History of Chocolate in France."

Professor Paine explained the history of France and its food culture by examining its complicated relationship with chocolate.
