Purchasing Card Receipt Policy Change

Effective immediately, receipts are no longer required for purchases $25 and under made on the JPMorgan purchasing card. P-card users are still required to document the business purpose of these transactions in the JPMorgan system.
It is our hope that such a change will help to streamline the p-card reconciliation process for users and approvers, allow them to focus on the more material transactions, and reduce the number of missing reciept forms that need to be completed.
Receipts are still required for employee reimbursements and any requests for payment to outside vendors.
