SUMMARY:Making the Market: Joel Bonasera
DESCRIPTION:“After spending over a decade in science and technology education\, I’ve turned my focus on using digital fabrication to make things. What started as a bit of an obsession stoked by science fiction and science facts accidentally became a full time dream job. I blame Cory Doctorow (a little). Additive manufacturing and CAD are are my methods of choice. Often the goal is a 3D printed object. Sometimes\, 3D printing is a means to an end. Push for the Democratization of Fabrication\, Agency for Everyone\, and the recognition that The World is Malleable.” \nJoin us on March 24th from 6:30PM to 8ish. Meet Joel and learn about how to start a small scale business rooted in 3D printing. You’ll also learn about the tools you have access to on your own campus. Sign up here! \nWe will send zoom info closer to event date.

After the workshop sessions\, students will participate in a NeuroBee Kahoot! competition to test their knowledge\, learn more about the brain\, and expand their interest in neuroscience. The event will conclude with awards recognizing the NeuroBee winners (middle school students only). \nRegistration is required for the zoom link.
