In this presentation\, students will learn a step-by-step framework for creating a personal brand on LinkedIn that impresses\, inspires\, and attracts opportunities right to their inbox. The presenter break down a day in the life of a recruiter\, the key elements of an All-Star profile\, the daily engagement activity that will get you more profile views\, and how to network effectively on the platform. These strategies helped the alumnus who is presenting to be recruited to work at LinkedIn\, Google\, Uber\, and Tesla. \nAbout the Presenter: \nLuis Báez (Class of 2005\, Wheaton Posse 2) is a Business Strategist + Sales Trainer serving entrepreneurs\, service providers and course creators\, with a particular dedication to empowering underrepresented entrepreneurs through his training and coaching. He teaches online business owners how to scale their revenues and impact by creating and selling high-end offers — including coaching\, masterminds and memberships. \nWith over 14 years of experience in Sales & Marketing for companies including LinkedIn\, Google\, Uber and Tesla\, Luis brings a breadth of knowledge and experience that spans across Digital Advertising\, Software-as-a-Service\, and Sustainability with a revenue impact of over $500 Million to date. \nLuis has been invited to speak about Leadership and Personal Branding at business schools across the country including Stanford\, UC Berkeley\, and Bard\, and has served as a sales mentor for the likes of Ryan Letada (’08)\, Amy Porterfield and other online business owners.
